Shape-changing User Interfaces attract growing interest in Human-Computer Interaction. Modular robotics offer a great opportunity for their implementation. However, the current theoretical and technical advances of modular are fragmented little centered on user. To unify existing work center future research user, we perform systematic literature review enabling us to build unifying space design shape-changing user interfaces.Our aim is bridge gap between HCI robotics. We relate properties different domains identify inconsistencies structure space. Towards this aim, conduct thorough cross-disciplinary survey propose: 1) set at scale interface (macro-scale) modules (micro-scale) 2) impact these each other.
